Basic technique of Guzheng

This intermediate course of guzheng is intented for musicians who have followed the beginner course of Nani Yang.

Nani will address more technical notions such as arpeggio, pressed notes, vibrato, portamento. She will make you work as well on your fingering technique.

You will have the opportunity to play several pieces such as “Little Bok Choy”, “Song of Mount Ali”, “Tweedling of Fairies”… among many others.

This intermediate course of guzheng is divided into eight parts. You will first work on the vibrato. After that, you will discover the portamento technique and practice it. You will learn how to play pressed notes, pressed vibrato and arpeggio. Finally, in the last part you will do several fingering exercises.
