A renowned blues guitarist
Shawn Kellerman is known for his powerful and technical guitar playing. As a teenager, he immersed himself in blues music and decided to make it his profession – a love affair that has lasted for over 20 years and has allowed him to perform in the 4 corners of the globe at many renowned festivals. He has made this possible with his own group “The Shawn Kellerman Band” and also for 8 years, with the Lucky Peterson Band as a guitarist, musical director and producer.
Shawn has recorded several solo CD’s, but is also featured on Bobby Rush’s Memphis BMA award winning record “Raw”, as well as on several Lucky Peterson records, some of which he produced himself. Shawn is also featured as bassist and co-producer on Eric Schenkman’s (guitarist and founder of SPIN DOCTORS) solo record “Who Shot John”.
